The decision to shutter Wildfire Designs was not done lightly. Simply put, sometimes, we must end some endeavors in order to begin others. As a small business owner, Corey has a lot of different business interests that she'd like to explore, & in order to do this with the proper focus & attention to detail, she has decided that it was necessary to close Wildfire Designs and turn Ferlanti Couture into a side business.

The reason you haven't heard much lately from Corey at this blog is that, over the past year, her business focus has changed, from fashion to fitness. She currently writes about running/endurance sports, nutrition, & wellness as a published professional writer for various sports & fitness entities, including Running Hoosier magazine, of which she is also its Managing Editor.

She has also recently launched a running & wellness company called Rock It! Running Company™ (i.e., @rockitrunning on Twitter). As the founder of this company, she not only manages all aspects of the business but also serves as its head running & wellness coach, and maintains a blog for this business as well. (On that note, she also still actively posts at her running & recipe blogs, See Corey Run: A Fitness & Nutrition Journal and Cook. Eat. Drink. Blog. respectively, so you are welcome to follow her there as well if you like.) So, as you can imagine, her time is primarily occupied by these particular activities.

Customers will be the direct beneficiaries of these changes, as Wildfire Designs is currently having a huge close-out sale of up to 50% on many select items. In some cases, entire collections are on sale.

Wow, this feels GREAT! I can't tell you how much I'm enjoying consulting on Kasamba.com, & helping people accomplish their objectives & meet their individual fashion challenges with success.
